Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning

I teach my clients and students martial arts as well as strength and conditioning techniques most appropriate to them.

From Classical Chinese martial arts, the Wutan/Wudang tai chi chuan system through to modern combat sports such as kickboxing/mma sessions. Some people also train simply in self defence or some type of strength and conditioning aspects.

We train either in our Camden Town studio, outdoors in nature or any other mutually agreeable location.

Half hour sessions through to two hours or occasionally full day intensives.
