Martial Arts sessions
Designing 10 week learning courses for you to focus on various aspects of martial arts training most relevant to you. Objective is on getting you to achieve real competence and ability in whichever aspects we work on.
- Self Defence training
- Combat sports focus: MMA, Kickboxing or Boxing
- Traditional Tai Chi Chuan
- Pushing Hands and grappling
- Neigong internal strength training
- Martial arts conditioning for the right type of power, muscle and speed.
