10 In depth strength and conditioning session series  – £750

Looking closely at your needs and objectives and working with your individual situation and designing and implementing a highly tailored approach over 10 hour long sessions.

  • Physical rehabilitation exercise

  • Periodised training where applicable
  • Nutritional guidance and monitoring
  • Home exercise, lifestyle and nutrition programming
  • Strength, power or endurance building focus
  • Sport specific design of required 
  • Fitting of minor parts is included
  • Regular maintenance cleaning included

10 In depth Martial Arts training series – £800

Designing 10 week learning courses for you to focus on various aspects of martial arts training most relevant to you. Objective is on getting you to achieve real competence and ability in whichever aspects we work on.

  • Self Defence training 
  • Combat sports focus: MMA, Kickboxing or Boxing
  • Traditional Tai Chi Chuan
  • Pushing Hands and grappling 
  • Neigong internal strength training 
  • Martial arts conditioning for the right type of power, muscle and speed.


Padwork Service – £80 p/h or £45 half hour


High intensity padwork sessions built around boxing, kickboxing or MMA skills

  • Structured injury preventing warm ups
  • Technique building practice
  • Combination grooving
  • Footwork drills
  • Freeform spontaneity padwork
  • Scientific stretching cool-downs 

All the above sessions can be shared with a friend or colleague for an additional 25% surcharge.

The above sessions are usually carried out in the Camden Town studio but can be done at other mutually convenient locations or with a time/travel surcharge. Online coaching is also available.
