Taiji Boxing is the profound Chinese martial art based on the yin and yang concept known as ‘Taiji’.
The art is for building fitness, health, self defence and fighting skills and self confidence. It’s suitable for anyone who wants to learn a profound and practical martial art. There are Yin and Yang training aspects to give you a very balanced and whole approach to martial arts training.
Classes for all levels run on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
